They’re now newlyweds and are proud parents to a young boy named Smonk. The Council have been organising the destruction of this old Carnival for over 10 years and are only finally getting round to doing it.
The Bulldozers move in as Deb, Mike and Smonk spectate from behind the yellow markers. The Fun House is first, Deb and Mike have flashbacks to that night when they were nearly killed by the Klowns inside it. Next is the Ghost Train where the two shared their first kiss the night before the dreadful Klown Invasion which the night has now become known to the local area.
As they are watching the buildings crumble suddenly a weird sound is heard from below the surface as the builders look around at each other with puzzled looks on their faces. The sound continues into a higher pitched screech and all of the sudden a huge smoke cloud appears from below the surface and the builders start to back off. Deb and Mike look at each other with a face expressed in worry as the smoke fills the destruction site. The smoke slowly starts to fade as the Builders completely move off the site and in the distance through the smoke there are figures. One of the builders shouts out to them and there is no reply. The figures slowly begin to walk towards them as Deb, Mike and Smonk move away. They eventually get close enough to identify what they are and one of the Builders exclaims “Klowns!?”
They all run away down the hill towards the Town as the chasing Klowns give chase all in timely chanting “Don’t Destroy our Home”
Deb, Mike and Smonk run through a graveyard to try and lose the Klowns through the thick fog that is hovering over the graves, the tips of the tombstones just showing makes it looks like gravestones on a cloud.
As they are running through the graveyard suddenly Deb trips and falls flat on her face. Mike and Smonk stop to pull her up as she cries for help. Suddenly a hand grabs around her ankle. Mike and Smonk slowly look up the arm to see a undead zombie grabbing Deb. Not just any zombie it was Curtis Mooney coming out of his grave!
Deb screams in fear as she kicks Mooney in the face and scrambles to get up. The piercing scream of Deb alerts the Klowns to their location as they all turn around in unison to run at the Graveyard. Mike shouts “RUN!” as he grabs Deb up and they quickly flee the Graveyard.
They eventually reach the town and with now Klowns in sight they finally have time to discuss what they’ve just seen. Deb shouts “How the hell are they back? I thought we killed them!” Mike replies “They’ve come back for revenge, it’s when they destroyed the Carnival, and they must have been living under it!”
Smonk looks puzzled as Mike and Deb try to explain what they’ve just seen to him. Having previously been told about the Klown Invasion he says “So, they’ve came back for you?”
Deb and Mike do not answer but decide it is best to get off the streets. The Klowns slowly appear into the town and pedestrians in the street shriek and try to run. Without getting very far they are vaporised into Klowns, forming an even larger Klown army with every kill.
Deb, Mike and Smonk go to the mayor’s office and burst through the door shouting at him. After explaining what has happened and that the Klowns are back the Mayor says in a worried shaken voice “You guys are the only ones that can save us. You’ve done this before!”
Deb and Mike look at each other and say “Not again!”
Suddenly a Klown bursts through the door and tries to attack the Mayor, he exclaims “The gun, get it, it’s in my drawer!”
Mike grabs the handgun out of the drawer, a .45 Magnum and takes aim at the Klown, he mutters to himself “Aim for the nose, right?” He shoots the Klown and it spins into a green cocoon as it screams in pain.
Deb, Mike and Smonk get into the Mayors vehicle and decide on a plan of action to kill these Klowns once and for all. Smonk says “Well they appeared when the Builders destroyed their home, we need to rebuild their home!”
Mike slaps Smonk for suggesting such a terrible idea and shouts “We can’t just rebuild the Carnival we need to kill them once and for all!”
Mike starts the car and pulls out of the drive at high speed knocking over a Klown and killing it. Deb takes the gun from the glove box and shoots at Klowns on the street as Mike tries to run into them to kill them. They manage to kill quite a few until Mike runs into a Klown and spins out and hits the wall. “We’ve managed to kill about 10, how many more are there?!”
Deb shoots one that is approaching Smonk from behind. As they stand around them are cornered back onto the road leading to the Carnival.
The Klowns follow them and chase them up the hill. As they standing on the Hill leading to the Carnival one of them attacks Deb, Mike grabs it off and throws it over the barrier onto the Highway below in which he is crushed by speeding cars. “That’s it, we can throw some down there!” They turn the fight hand to hand as 3 more Klowns go over the barrier. Mike then manages to shoot 2 more in the nose as they are overwhelmed and move up the road. Mike shoots 1 from behind as he runs up the hill. “We’re doing it!”
They arrive onto the rubble on the destruction site. The Klowns approach and they all slowly move backwards, falling down a hole directly into the Klowns home. They all scream as they fall down a slide going into their home. When they finally stop Deb and Mike instantly recognise the area they are in from the last time “It’s their home!” shouts Mike.
The flooring that Mike, Deb and Smonk are standing on falls through and they fall down towards the floor. As they land they look up to discover an even bigger Klown then Klownzilla.
It shouts “I am Klownzillazilla! Hear me roar! I will kill you all!”
Mike, Deb and Smonk then snap into action as they attempt to take down the big bad boss. Smonk runs up his leg and grabs onto his torso, Deb shoots it in the left foot and it falls over to the side onto a wall. Smonk is slowly progressing up his body as it is trying to shake him off. Mike is taking pot shots at it and manages to hit one into his left side and the Klown slowly crumbles down to the side clutching his side. He then gets super angry and throws Smonk off his back into the wall. He falls down the wall and Deb runs after him to see if he’s okay.
Klownzillazilla approaches Mike as he is still taking shots, he manages to hit one shot into its eye and his eyes explodes as it cries out in agony. Meanwhile Deb is comforting an unconscious Smonk and manages to carry him to the side.
As Klownzillazilla falls to the ground Mike climbs on top of him and sits on his shoulder. He has one last round in his Magnum and he aims for its nose as it slowly regains its stature. The gun jams, he smacks it on his leg to unjam. Still jammed. As the Klown stands up Mike loses his balance and falls to the ground. Klownzillazilla grabs him mid-air and holds him in his grip. “It’s crushing me! Get the gun!” Deb spins around from Smonks side and see’s Mike being crushed by the Klown Boss and scrambles over to where the gun landed when Mike fell. She grabs it off the floor. Takes aim at the Klown Boss and mutters “Smile, you Mother-“she fires a shot, direct hit, onto Klownzillazillas nose. He crumbles into a complete mess. They’ve done it. Mike falls from the Klowns grip and they all muster enough energy to get out of the home of the Klowns.
As they get to the top, all the Klowns that were chasing them have perished after the boss was defeated. As they collapse onto the ground and pedestrians rush over to their aid. Smonk mutters “We did it...”
